Rust repair on a 1988 Econoline-150 cargo van

Hi my name is Angel Garcia and I am the owner of a 1988 ford econoline 150 cargo van. I brought the cargo van used in 2003 to carry my canvas, art supply and ladders when i am painting a mural around town and some time when I'm out of town. now I want to use this blogger to documentation my process as I work on the van to remove the bad rust and replace it with new repair panel and do body work and so on, this will be a on going process as I gut grind and weld new panel.

new up date on the E-150 van  I rebuild the old  distributor and install it  in the engine and I couldn't get it to start at all and I try many thing but not thing work yet, so I order more parts, I think its not getting gas so I have to test the fuel pressure and see if the fuel injector are getting power from the ECM. Now it's winter and it is getting harder to work on the van so I'm taking a break and wait on better condiction to work.
