What a day it's been with all the heat on my back and arm as I work on the front floor support beam. today I finish up the weld under the beam and welded the inner bolt sleeve. added a sealer and crafted the new floor panel in place and welded it  and I was almost done when the welder ran out of flux core wire again so the welder is down, until I buy another roll.

Started working on the right side rusted out floor. The first thing to do is to fabricate a section of the support beam  and the body mount. I fitted the new floor panel to check alignment with the body mount bolt whole.

The floor panel welded in place with a lot of hammering cutting and grinding just to mold the right shape in the new panel it was a little work. now its time to work on the other side.

This repair panel was hard to mold in to get to fit correct not the right carve on the left side of the panel but with a little hammering and clamping it down. I had to make sure the body mount bolt hole was lined up so I can weld it in. I am not finish yet with this side need to fully weld around floor panel and patch up the rest of the floor.

Well it's raining today so I decided to shop for some supplies like sheet metal and some grade-8 bolts, nuts and large washers so I can wrap the floor up and move on to other things on the van, plus I'm thinking of ordering a front end bushing set to restore the new feel ride.
Right now I'm fabricating a new front floor support beam and the body mount bracket need some work I am looking around to find the right size washer to fit where the bushing will go at plus new bolts nut and washers.  its raining where I am at so no work for now.

Well today I began the break down by cutting out the rusted area the same issue like the driver side. I fabricated a new support beam but the body mount and screw is bad need to buy a new one. Its funny I really enjoying doing all this work on the van its kind of fun for me.

I started this repair the other day but the battery of the  camera  was dead,so I took this photo today. I cut out the rusted front floor and the support beam was rotten as well and the body mount screw was frozen so I cut it off and started the building progress  before I craft in the new floor panel I will start the other side.
